Ocular Arts Studio (佐佐目藝文工作室), established in 2019, formed a research team to conduct an investigation and exhibition curation project that focused on the development of local craftsmanship in Tainan, Taiwan. The project aimed to explore the dimensions of "technologies and art in daily life" through both research and curation.

This video, recorded on November 28, 2020, features members of Ocular Art Studio and current assistant professor, Chia-Hui Lu, from the Department of Material Arts and Design at National Tainan University of the Arts. The interview took place at the TVAA studio in the South District of Tainan City and lasted for approximately 180 minutes, providing a concise analysis on the developments of fiber art, both domestically and internationally. The discussion also focused on the local rush grass weaving industries, as well as the future career paths that students will need to learn to navigate.
